ORDER PROCESSING 

Our team will pack and dispatch your chosen items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once the order has been placed we cannot guarantee to make any changes to the order. Please note: Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. We always try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but there is no guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame.

 

TRACKING YOUR ITEMS

Once we receive your order you should receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure you add your email when placing an order, or you will not receive any order updates as these are sent only via email. If you are still missing your order confirmation email please check your junk/spam folder. If you still are missing an order confirmation email - please send us an email (hello@cielleclothing.com) or DM us on socials. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your Tracking ID from DHL Express. Simply click on the tracking number to tack your item, or place the tracking ID into DHL Express tracking page as stated on your shipping confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel your order after check out. We are also unable to modify your order after it has been placed - please be carful and check you’re ordering the right size, colour or item. If you do however experience an issue with our item once it has arrived we can work together to find a solution and ensure you are happy.

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS

International orders (e.g. shipping to EU + UK) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices displayed at checkout.

The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes imposed by their country’s customs authority. These charges must be paid to ensure successful delivery of the order.

Cielle Clothing has no control over these fees and cannot cover these fees on behalf of customers. Cielle is unable to predict what the fees might be, as they vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

IMPORT DUTIES US + AUS THRESHOLD

U.S. customers won’t be affected by any changes to new import tariffs. 

• United States: No import duties on orders under $800 USD

• Australia: No import duties or GST on orders under $1,200 AUD. 


REFUSAL TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES 

If a customer refuses to pay the required duties and taxes:

• The shipment may be returned to us, held indefinitely, or destroyed by customs depending on the regulations of the destination country.

In cases where the package is destroyed, lost, or not returned, Cielle cannot issue any refund, as the goods have not been recovered.

If the package is successfully returned (which may take up to 6-8 weeks), any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

By placing an international order with Cielle, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs charges and agree to these terms.
