Returns

If for any reason you want to return your chosen items - we are happy to offer a full refund for the items returned, minus shipping costs. Please make sure you begin the returns process within 14 days of receiving your items. The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, in all original packaging with all tags still attached. 

All returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes all return shipping costs, any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process and ensuring the item reaches us safely. We only accept returns that are made using a tracked and insured service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.


Important: All return shipments must be sent with a tracked shipping method, and the tracking link / tracking number must be emailed to us at hello@cielleclothing.com once the item has been dispatched. Returns that are not accompanied by a valid tracking link will not be accepted. Cielle is not responsible for any returns lost or delayed in transit.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS


Sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. This includes purchases made using sitewide sales (e.g. Black Friday sale). If you purchased using a promotional code (e.g. 10% off discount for newsletter subscribers, or free shipping) then you are able to follow the normal return policy. 

 



HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Email hello@cielleclothing.com with your order number and name of item/items you wish to return, placing 'return' in the subject line.
  2. Fill in the return form here and print it off to include it with your items in the parcel 
  3. Make sure the original order slip is also included.
  4. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition - we cannot accept any items returned worn or tampered with in any way.
  5. Ship your parcel back to the address provided via email. We only accept packages returned via DHL trackable mail to reduce duties, and delayed return packages, as we are not liable for returns lost or held be customs in transit. 
  6. Once we receive your return, and have accepted that it is in good condition we will refund you to your original payment method minus shipping costs, and you will be notified automatically by email.

     

    MY ORDER IS FAULTY 

     

    If you received something different from what you ordered, or if it arrived damaged, just let us know and we'll get it sorted right away, either with a replacement or a prompt full refund if faulty. Our goal is to make you happy, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We're always here to help! 

    If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@cielleclothing.com with a valid reason with photographic proof and we will find a solution as soon as possible. Please ensure you take photos of the garments with its faults so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner. We reserve the rights to determine a genuine fault or damage to the garment and we will either give store credit, an exchange or full refund depending on the circumstance.
