Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't always work out as planned, and that's okay! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so returning or exchanging isn't a hassle but a simple step towards finding the perfect fit. If you received something different from what you ordered, or if it arrived damaged, just let us know and we'll get it sorted right away, either with a replacement or a prompt refund if faulty. Our goal is to make you happy, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We're always here to help! 

If for any reason you want to return your chosen items - we can offer an exchange or store credit. We can only honour this when the following criteria has been met:

  • The items are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery
  • The item is returned unworn, undamaged, in all original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
  • Return shipping costs and customs are covered by the customer. 

How do I return my items?

  • Email hello@cielleclothing.com with your order number and name of item/items you wish to return, placing 'return' in the subject line.
  • We will email you the next steps in returning your items.
  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition - we cannot accept any items returned worn or tampered with in any way.
  • Ship your parcel back to the address provided via email. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  • Once we receive your return, we will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide, or alternatively provide you with the new tracking number for your exchange.

What if my order is faulty?

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@cielleclothing.com with a valid reason with photographic proof and we will find a solution as soon as possible. Please ensure you take photos of the garments with its faults so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner. We reserve the rights to determine a genuine fault or damage to the garment and we will either give store credit, an exchange or full refund depending on the circumstance.
